It is not attacking, once you attack those mobs, it will just pass you by and walk all the way.

It's probably because it's a ranged/magic mob. Lots of ranged/magic mobs are bugged like that. I haven't looked into it. I'm not sure if it's a CSV error or the client is just simply so outdated they can't work (just like a lot of other shit).
